Pricing for parts are subject to change without notice. Visit our Replacement Parts page for most current pricing. Shipping and handling charges and taxes (if applicable) are NOT included in the online order confirmation and will be prepaid added to the Invoice. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Backordered parts will be billed upon shipment. Method of payment includes: Net 30 Days – Payment required 30 days or less post invoice date, purchase order number required. Payment via credit card, purchase order number required. Items are subject to state and local sales tax in select states in accordance with the applicable laws of that state.
General and Specific Terms of Service:
Incorrect orders and overstocked items may be returned for credit or replacement, these returns are subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees are available for view on the Replacement Parts page and are indicated on the Packing Sheet and Invoice. Parts not subject to restocking fees are limited to out of box failure or shipping damage. Some parts may be non-returnable. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Materials Authorization Form issued by Wassenburg Medical, Inc. Credits depend upon investigation. All product returns must be made within 60 days of original shipment. The RMA is valid for 30 days from the date it was issued. After 30 days, if the part has not been returned, the RMA will become void and the customer will be responsible for payment of those parts and any replacement parts that were sent out (if applicable). Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once shipped. For delivery options contact our shipping department at email@example.com. A UPS tracking number is provided on your order confirmation. Wassenburg Medical ships via UPS only.
Warranty claims are applicable to Capital Equipment and are limited to 1 year from date of installation or 60 days from delivery. All other parts are non-returnable after 60 days from shipment date.
