By accessing, browsing or using our websites, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms.  Wassenburg Medical controls and operates our site from offices within the United States.  Claims relating to, including the use of, our websites and the materials contained herein are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Pennsylvania.  If you choose to access our websites from another location, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

Offer and Acceptance

Wassenburg Medical’s electronic commerce websites constitute offers for the sale of products and the provision of services for your applicable Wassenburg Medical product (the “Offer”).  An order or request that is properly entered through the applicable website, or any other form of acceptance that we receive from you, shall result in a contract for the purchase of the requested products or services on the applicable terms and conditions.  Wassenburg Medical’s “Terms and Conditions of Sale” govern your product orders for Healthcare Consumables and parts.  

You shall be deemed to have accepted all of the applicable terms and conditions except those to which you have specifically objected. You are required to set forth each objection to the applicable terms and conditions in writing, signed and dated by you and delivered to us prior to or contemporaneous with your order or request.  Wassenburg Medical’s failure to object to provisions in any communication shall not be a waiver of any of the applicable terms and conditions, nor an acceptance by us of any such provisions.  Any terms proposed by you which are different from or additional to the applicable terms and conditions on our websites are hereby rejected unless specifically accepted by us in a separate document signed by both you and us, regardless of whether such other terms would materially alter the terms hereof.  No course of dealing, custom or usage which is contrary to the applicable terms and conditions shall apply.

Wassenburg Medical reserves the right to correct any typographical or clerical errors in prices, specifications or acknowledgments.

We may revise these Terms of Use by updating this posting.  You agree that in the event any portion of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.  By using our websites you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current Terms of Use to which you are bound.

Part Orders

Terms and Conditions of Sale; Payment Terms

Pricing for parts are subject to change without notice.  Visit our Replacement Parts page for most current pricing. Shipping and handling charges and taxes (if applicable) are NOT included in the online order confirmation and will be prepaid added to the Invoice.  Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.  Backordered parts will be billed upon shipment.  Method of payment includes:  Net 30 Days – Payment required 30 days or less post invoice date, purchase order number required.  Payment via credit card, purchase order number required.  Items are subject to state and local sales tax in select states in accordance with the applicable laws of that state.

General and Specific Terms of Service

Incorrect orders and overstocked items may be returned for credit or replacement, these returns are subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees are available for view on the Replacement Parts page and are indicated on the Packing Sheet and Invoice.  Parts not subject to restocking fees are limited to out of box failure or shipping damage.  Some parts may be non-returnable.  Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Materials Authorization Form issued by Wassenburg Medical, Inc.  Credits depend upon investigation.  All product returns must be made within 60 days of original shipment.  The RMA is valid for 30 days from the date it was issued.  After 30 days, if the part has not been returned, the RMA will become void and the customer will be responsible for payment of those parts and any replacement parts that were sent out (if applicable).  Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once shipped.   For delivery options contact our shipping department at shipping@wassenburgmedical.com.  A UPS tracking number is provided on your order confirmation.  Wassenburg Medical ships via UPS only.

Warranty claims are applicable to Capital Equipment and are limited to 1 year from date of installation or 60 days from delivery.  All other parts are non-returnable after 60 days from shipment date.
